 Due to the nature of the garments, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations or exchange unless the item was damaged upon receipt. Unless dresses are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered (i.e. incorrect item is delivered, item delivered to address other than provided at the time of order, etc.), they CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

We have a strong pre-shipping inspection process in place that checks every item including fabrics, seams, zipper, beads, rhinestones and etc. for defects, and we double-check the color, size, and quantity against the packing list for accuracy.  However, in the event, the dress arrives at you in a damaged condition contact us by email at sparklygowns@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your dress and we can arrange to send a return authorization (RAN) for the damaged dress and send you a replacement dress or issue a merchandise credit if a replacement is unavailable. The damaged dress must be returned in unworn condition with all tags and labels still intact.
