  1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET A DRESS FROM THE CHILDREN CELESTIAL COLLECTION OR PRE-ORDER DRESSES?

 For the vast majority of orders, it takes about 12 weeks to be delivered. For international orders, it takes the same time.

      2.      I NEED THE DRESS SOON; CAN YOU TAKE A RUSH ORDER?

 Sorry, we are not receiving urgent orders at this time.

  1. DO YOUR PRODUCTS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?

Different countries follow their own established sizing children standards. For example, in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, clothing sizes for girls are mainly based on age; meanwhile, in Europe, girls’ sizes are based on a child’s height but in centimeters.

Each dress is made differently so it is best to check the size chart on the dress page that you are looking.  You must take her measurements to identify the size before placing the order.  If you need some help, please contact us sparklygowns@gmail.com

 

  1. CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOMIZED SIZE DRESS?

You can custom the size according to her measurements. If the size does not exceed size 11, it doesn’t have an additional cost. If the dress is bigger than size 11, it has an additional cost.  Please contact us for more information.

  

Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for the measurements that you provided in the comments to the order. If your event is after a while, calculate how your girl can grow up by this time.

 

  1. CAN I ORDER THE DRESS IN ANOTHER COLOR?

Please, contact us, we will check if the material is available.

 

 

  1. CAN YOU MAKE THE DRESS WITHOUT A TRAIN?

Yes, we can remove the train for you; please write in the comments when you placing the order.

 

 

 

  1. DO YOUR DRESSES NEED A PETTICOAT TO GIVE ADDITIONAL FULLNESS?

Most of the dresses feature a multi-layer tulle skirt. However, they may need an additional petticoat to add volume. We suggested that you make the decision once you receive it and the girl tries it on. 

  

  1. WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME DRESS AS THE PICTURE?

Dresses are authentic, no copies, no replicas.  However, camera resolution and computer monitors may vary slightly between the photos and the color fabric.

 

  1. WHERE ARE THE DRESSES MADE?

Celestial and royal children’s collections are made in Europe by several manufacturers.

  

  1. WHERE CAN I FIND THE SIZE CHART?

Size charts vary for individual products and can be found in the images on each product page.

 

  1. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

We are a U.S.-based company, but we can take orders from almost anywhere in the world! Please purchase all items through our website, and be sure to list your correct billing address. You can get free international shipping on purchases over $800.

  

  1. HOW MUCH DOES THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?

The shipping fee will depend on the weight of the order. It’s possible to check the estimated shipping cost on the checkout page on our website. Sparkly Gowns is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

 13WHEN WILL I GET A SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER?

Once the dress is ready, we will update you with this information.

 

  1. DO YOU SELL THE  HAIR ACCESSORIES?

We occasionally have some hand-made accessories in our inventory, please contact us for more information.

  

 15. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of the garments, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges unless the item was damaged upon receipt. Unless dresses are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered (i.e., the incorrect item is delivered, item delivered to an address other that provided at the time of order, etc.), they CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

 

  16. DO YOU HAVE A BRICK-AND-MORTAR ESTABLISHMENT?

 

Sparkly Gowns works has a boutique in Portland, Oregon US and also we sell is an online.
